Nicolson Law Group Presents At Pennsylvania Bar Institute Seminar

Media, PA (September 3, 2013) – The Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI) recently presented a continuing legal education program entitled “Tips and Strategies for Settling Your Auto Accident Case.”  Donna DiPietro, an attorney with the Nicolson Law Group in Media, PA, spoke on this topic from the Point of View of the Liability Auto Insurance Carrier. 

DiPietro discussed her experiences in defending auto insurance claims and important factors for effective settlements.  The two attorneys focused their presentation on evaluation of liability and damages from the auto insurer’s perspective along with general litigation considerations while fielding questions from the audience related to those issues.
