Nicolson Law Group is pleased to announce the addition of Genna Delany to our West Coast office.

Genna DeLany is a civil litigator with experience in all stages of litigation from inception through trial and appeal. Ms. DeLany’s practice focuses on products liability, premises liability, commercial motor vehicle, personal injury, real property disputes, construction defect, and employment law matters. Ms. DeLany has experience in representing individuals, companies of all sizes, and banks and financial institutions.

Ms. DeLany graduated from Western State University College of Law in 2014. There she received the Public Service Certificate, as well as the Business Law Certificate with distinction. Prior to that, Ms. DeLany graduated from California State University, Sacramento in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Government.

Ms. DeLany is a member of the State Bar of California and the Washington State Bar Association and is admitted to practice before all California and Washington State Courts, and before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.
