Nicolson Law Group welcomes Kevin M O’Brien.

Kevin O’Brien is a civil litigator with experience in all stages of litigation from case inception through trial. Mr. O’Brien concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial motor vehicle litigation, retail liability, product liability and professional negligence and malpractice. In addition, Mr. O’Brien has represented insurance companies in litigating multi-million-dollar subrogation actions involving building fires, building collapses, construction defects, product defects, and catastrophic flood events throughout the United States.

Mr. O’Brien is a tireless advocate for his clients. In his free time, Mr. O’Brien enjoys spending time with his wife, Carolina, and young son, Luca.
