Kevin O’Brien has led complex civil litigations in State and Federal Courts throughout the United States. He is licensed in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, and Florida. Mr. O’Brien concentrates his practice in the areas of product liability, Mr. O’Brien concentrates his practice in the areas of product liability, commercial transportation, retail liability, construction defect, and professional negligence and malpractice. Mr. O’Brien’s product liability litigation experience has included a broad range of products, including pharmaceutical/medical devices, wood chippers, commercial ovens, exhaust fans, and air handlers. Mr. O’Brien’s commercial transportation experience includes representation of Fortune 500 companies, trucking companies, and medical transportation companies. In addition, Mr. O’Brien has represented insurance carriers in companies. In addition, Mr. O’Brien has represented insurance carriers in litigating multi-million-dollar subrogation actions involving building fires, building collapses, construction defects, product defects, and catastrophic flood events Mr. O’Brien is a tireless advocate for his clients.
