Alex Levin is a civil litigator with experience in all stages of litigation from case inception through trial. He has argued before both state and federal courts and has litigated matters throughout both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Mr. Levin’s practice areas include premises liability, catastrophic personal injury, toxic torts, contracts, motor vehicle, insurance defense, products liability, and construction defect. In addition, he represents public and independent schools in all matters of school life and governance including labor and employment, student safety, and school policy. Mr. Levin represents both companies and individuals and prides himself on meeting each client’s individual expectations and needs.

Mr. Levin graduated from Rutgers University School of Law in 2013. While in Law School, Mr. Levin was certified as a Mediator through the Superior Court of New Jersey and participated in the Hunter Moot Court Competition. Prior to joining the firm Mr. Levin was an Assistant Prosecutor with the Camden County Prosecutor’s office where he handled complex criminal matters and numerous jury trials to verdict.

Defended construction negligence cases on behalf of project managers, general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.

Representation of insurance companies in defense of first party claims including medical benefits, wage benefits and uninsured/underinsured motorist benefits claims.

Mr. Levin has experience defending lawsuits against fraternity members and has handled cases involving a wide variety of claims including hazing, sexual misconduct, sexual assault, battery, furnishing alcohol to minors, and wrongful death.

Defended medical professionals against claims related to alleged malpractice related to treatment rendered to individuals.

Representation and counseling of private and public schools in a broad range of matters involving: school administration, student safety, labor and employment, curriculum, school policy, contracts, and civil rights.

Obtained summary judgment dismissing Plaintiff’s allegations of per se negligence of a commercial client involving the use of construction equipment on public roads that resulted in significant personal injury.

Obtained dismissal of Plaintiff’s claims against individual clients in a personal injury matter, arguing that the Court lacked jurisdiction to allow Plaintiff’s complaint to proceed.
