As an experienced litigator, Ms. Lee's work encompasses all aspects of litigation, from inception through trial and post-trial motions and appeals. Ms. Lee concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial motor vehicle litigation, retail liability, product liability and professional negligence and malpractice. She represents clients in multi-state and international disputes, alternative dispute resolution venues and state and federal court.
Ms. Lee received her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 2008. While in law school, she participated in the Trial Competition Team and served as a student attorney for the Clinic for Asylum, Refugee and Emigrant Seekers. Prior to attending law school, she worked for a Member of the U.S. House of Representatives. Ms. Lee received a B.A. in Government and Politics and a Citation in International Studies from the University of Maryland in 2004, where she was elected to The Phi Beta Kappa Society.
Ms. Lee serves on the Board of Arch Street Preschool, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization
