As an experienced litigator, Ms. Lee's work encompasses all aspects of litigation, from inception through trial and post-trial motions and appeals. Ms. Lee concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial motor vehicle litigation, retail liability, product liability and professional negligence and malpractice. She represents clients in multi-state and international disputes, alternative dispute resolution venues and state and federal court.


Ms. Lee received her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 2008. While in law school, she participated in the Trial Competition Team and served as a student attorney for the Clinic for Asylum, Refugee and Emigrant Seekers. Prior to attending law school, she worked for a Member of the U.S. House of Representatives. Ms. Lee received a B.A. in Government and Politics and a Citation in International Studies from the University of Maryland in 2004, where she was elected to The Phi Beta Kappa Society.


Ms. Lee serves on the Board of Arch Street Preschool, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization

Successfully defended appeals of discovery issues to the Superior Court of Pennsylvania and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in litigation alleging wrongful use of civil proceedings, abuse of process, conspiracy and RICO violations against an attorney.


Obtained defense arbitration decision in Pennsylvania federal court action on behalf of national retailer in action alleging negligence. The defense successfully established that the national retailer exercised reasonable care in providing and maintaining a reasonably safe premises.


Assisted in achieving cost-effective settlement of wrongful death drowning case involving multiple international parties in Pennsylvania state court.


Obtained zero dollar settlement on behalf of national retailer in bed bug related litigation in Pennsylvania state court. The defense was able to establish that the national retailer was not responsible for the plaintiff’s injuries, including alleged negligent infliction of emotional distress.


Obtained favorable jury verdict on behalf of plaintiffs in motor vehicle litigation in Pennsylvania state court. The plaintiffs were successfully able to prove negligence on the part of defendant and prove that the plaintiff-driver sustained a “serious injury”, therefore overcoming the limited tort limitation in the plaintiffs’ automobile insurance policy.
