Brian Skalsky is an experienced civil litigator who is proficient in all stages of litigation from case inception through trial. Mr. Skalsky’s practice areas include premises liability, catastrophic personal injury, products liability, toxic torts, contracts, landlord tenant, municipal liability, unlawful detainer, real property, personal property, motor vehicle, insurance defense, homeowner’s association, construction defect, and corporate business disputes. Mr. Skalsky has experience representing both companies and individuals in civil lawsuits and tailors his practice to meet the individual needs of his clients.

Mr. Skalsky graduated from Loyola Law School in 2011. While in Law School Mr. Skalsky served as a Community Services Commissioner for the City of Mission Viejo and served as Chairperson of the commission in 2009.

Mr. Skalsky received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of California, Irvine. Prior to his career in law, Mr. Skalsky worked with Skalsky and Associates providing litigation consulting services for toxic tort cases involving mold, lead, and asbestos.

Mr. Skalsky is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice before all California State Courts and before the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
