Daniel Cho is a Shareholder in Nicolson Law Group and is a skilled civil litigator with experience spanning all stages of litigation, from case inception through trial and post-trial proceedings. Mr. Cho’s practice focuses on civil general liability and commercial and business litigation in federal and state courts. He also regularly advises corporate and other entrepreneurial clients concerning strategic development and risk management. From Fortune 100 companies to private individuals, Mr. Cho has achieved excellent results for his clients in matters of varying size, exposure, and complexity. He has successfully tried multiple significant exposure cases to jury verdict in favor of his clients. His practice areas include catastrophic and personal injury defense, complex business (class action) litigation, general liability defense, premises and retail liability, fiduciary duty, real estate, healthcare, contracts, intellectual property rights (trade secrets, trademarks, and copyrights), insurance defense, products liability, eminent domain, and business disputes.

Mr. Cho graduated with distinction from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he served as a managing editor for the McGeorge Law Review. He was selected to the Traynor Honor Society, made the Dean’s List, and received Witkin Awards of Achievement in Complex Civil Litigation, Legal Process, Community Property, and Sports Law.

Mr. Cho received his Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology from the University of California, San Diego. Prior to his career in law, Mr. Cho worked in biotechnology conducting Alzheimer’s disease drug therapy research and performing peptide chemistry.
