Jason P. Clark is an attorney with experience handling complex litigation and transactional matters in both the private and public sectors. Mr. Clark's practice focuses on civil general liability and commercial litigation.
His practice areas include personal injury defense, general liability defense, contracts, intellectual property, insurance defense, construction defect, business disputes, cybersecurity, and landlord/tenant law.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Clark served as Senior Advisor and Chief of Staff for the Deputy Director of the United States Patent and Trademark Office, where he worked to implement key policies for the Agency while overseeing the Agency’s $3.5 billion annual budget. Mr. Clark has also worked in-house with several Silicon Valley technology companies, including working as an attorney at Google, Inc.
Mr. Clark holds a B.A. in Political Science from UC Berkeley, where he was a Regent’s Scholar. Mr. Clark earned his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law, completing his studies with an Intellectual Property Law Certificate.
