Jeannette Darrow has extensive experience representing individuals and companies in a wide range of cases, including construction defect lawsuits, habitability and toxic tort litigation, land use and real property disputes, product liability litigation, and personal injury and premises liability matters. Ms. Darrow also has a broad background in general business and commercial law with an emphasis on litigation and corporate governance, and has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in breach of contract, real estate, labor and employment, copyright infringement, medical/dental malpractice, and insurance coverage matters, as well as in landlord-tenant disputes.

Ms. Darrow was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2001 and is admitted to practice in all Superior Courts of California and the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Eastern, and Southern Districts of California. Ms. Darrow received a Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern University School of Law in 2001 and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan in 1998. During law school, Ms. Darrow received awards for earning the highest grades in Community Property and Federal Tax Administration and Litigation, as well as the distinction of Best Writer Finalist in the Intramural Moot Court Honors Competition.

In her spare time, Ms. Darrow participates in competitive outrigger canoe and dragonboat racing at the local, national, and international level. She is a member of the Newport Aquatic Center’s outrigger team, Southbreeze and Rising Tide dragonboat teams, and is a coach for the Long Beach ReBelles women’s dragonboat team. In 2021, Ms. Darrow earned a spot on Team USA Dragonboat for women’s and mixed senior A (age 40+) divisions.
