Mr. Miller’s practice focuses on premises liability, personal injury, real estate, real estate transactions, and litigation. He has a vast array of experience in premises liability, habitability claims, personal injury, real estate, real estate litigation, and subrogation. Mr. Miller has represented professionals—including lawyers, escrow agents, real estate brokers, real estate brokerages, and insurance carriers in all aspects of litigation from inception through trial. Mr. Miller also regularly counsels real estate professionals and brokers on best practices and transactional documents. Mr. Miller has also worked for some of the biggest insurance carriers in the nation handling a wide range of subrogation litigation. Additionally, he has assisted start-ups with intellectual property issues. Before practicing law, Mr. Miller gained extensive experience working as an analyst at Countrywide Financial and an escrow officer for one of the biggest home builders in the nation. Mr. Miller is also currently an associate professor of history and law at a private university in Tempe, Arizona.
Mr. Miller attended the Arizona Summit School of Law in Arizona and is currently admitted to practice law in California and Arizona.
