Melissa Barcena is a civil litigator with experience in all stages of litigation from inception through trial. Ms. Barcena’s practice focuses on products liability, premises liability, commercial motor vehicle, personal injury, real property disputes, construction defect, and regulatory compliance. Ms. Barcena has experience representing individuals and companies both small and large.

Ms. Barcena graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2013. While there, she was on the Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship, and the Law. While on the Journal her article, End of An Imitation Age: The Effect of Samsung v. Apple, was published. Prior to that, Ms. Barcena graduated magna cum laude from The Ohio State University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.

Ms. Barcena is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice before all California State Courts and before the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
