Ms. Lee's work encompasses all aspects of litigation, from inception through trial and post-trial motions and appeals.  Ms. Lee concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial motor vehicle litigation, retail liability, product liability and professional negligence and malpractice. She has represented clients in multi-state and international disputes, alternative dispute resolution venues and state and federal court.

Ms. Lee’s practice has entailed working both with insurance carriers and self-insured corporations, resulting in an innate ability to understand the inner workings of such clients, and an appreciation for the needs and goals of each.
