As founder and manager of the Firm, Cheryl Nicolson focuses the Firm’s efforts in niche areas where the Firm’s attorneys have substantial experience with both the legal issues and their clients’ businesses.  Ms. Nicolson focuses her practice in the areas of education law, commercial litigation, construction liability, product and retail liability. 

Ms. Nicolson represents a wide range of clients from individuals to Fortune 500 and Global 500 companies.  Ms. Nicolson serves as national coordinating counsel for manufacturers, handling matters throughout the United States and Canada.  In addition, she passionately represents daycares, educational non-profit organizations, public and independent schools, colleges and universities in all matters of school life and governance including accreditation, administration, internal investigations, student safety and conduct, school policy and civil rights.
