Mr. Prezioso joined Nicolson Law Group after working in medical malpractice defense where he represented various New York area hospitals, nursing homes, and medical professionals. He also formerly served as a New York County Assistant District Attorney and was assigned to the Office of the Special Narcotics Prosecutor for the City of New York. There, Eric prosecuted felony level narcotics cases across New York City. 

Mr. Prezioso is 2020 graduate of St. John’s University School of Law. At St. John’s, he served on the executive board of the Polestino Trial Advocacy Institute Mock Trial Team, in addition to being a staff member on the Journal of Civil Rights and Economic Development. During law school, Mr. Prezioso also served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Deborah Stevens Modica, Queens County Supreme Court, Criminal Term. Mr. Prezioso is licensed to practice law in the State of New York, as well as New Jersey.
