Hunter Hoestenbach is a seasoned litigation expert with a data-driven approach to legal strategy. With over 20 years of experience in the field, Mr. Hoestenbach began his career as a jury consultant and focus group analyst. His early work on high-stakes patent infringement trials taught him the critical importance of testing and validating arguments and storytelling.
Leveraging his extensive jury research skills, Mr. Hoestenbach transitioned into a proficient litigator specializing in personal injury and consumer protection cases. His exceptional abilities soon caught the attention of a major technology corporation in Seattle, which recruited him as its General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. In this role, Mr. Hoestenbach excelled in risk management, employing robust data collection methods to identify and address potential compliance issues among 300+ employees and over 3,500 contractors. His efforts led to a significant reduction in litigation risk for the company.
Hunter's diverse background in law and business has greatly enhanced his capabilities as a trial lawyer. He now utilizes his precision and expertise to defend clients in matters involving commercial transportation, construction negligence and construction defect, product defect, premises liability, and all other facets of general liability.
