Jason P. Clark brings a vast array of experience handling complex litigation and transactional matters in both the private and public sectors. Mr. Clark's practice focuses on civil general liability and commercial litigation. In the general liability arena, Mr. Clark’s practice involves complex personal injury litigation and insurance defense arising from claims related to general negligence, product liability, and construction defect.

As to commercial litigation, Mr. Clark has litigated matters involving contractual disputes, intellectual property, business disputes, cybersecurity, and landlord/tenant law. Earlier in his career, Mr. Clark served as Senior Advisor and Chief of Staff for the Deputy Director of the United States Patent and Trademark Office, where he worked to implement key policies for the Agency while overseeing the Agency’s $3.5 billion annual budget.

Mr. Clark has also worked in-house with several Silicon Valley technology companies, including working as an attorney at Google, Inc. Such experience provides Mr. Clark with an uncommon first-hand perspective of his corporate clients’ practices and litigation needs and allows him to work earnestly to achieve economically beneficial results.
