Keisha Parker is an experienced litigator representing clients through all phases of litigation.  Ms. Parker focuses her practice in the areas of education law, commercial transportation, construction liability, product and retail liability.

Ms. Parker’s experience includes the representation of manufacturers, distributors and retailers of consumer appliances, food and beverage, medical devices, powered industrial machinery and food processing equipment.  She has also defended automobile manufacturers in high consequence design defect, crashworthiness and warranty matters.  Ms. Parker has handled complex construction litigation, defending owners, developers, general contractors, commercial construction management firms, trade contractors and municipalities in New York State Labor Law claims.  In addition, Ms. Parker represents public and independent schools, colleges and universities in all matters of school life and governance including school liability.
