Kevin O’Brien is a Partner in Nicolson Law Group and has led complex civil litigations in State and Federal Courts throughout the United States. He is licensed in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, and Florida. Mr. O’Brien concentrates his practice in the areas of construction defect, product liability, commercial transportation, retail liability, and professional negligence and malpractice. Mr. O’Brien’s product liability litigation experience has included a broad range of products, including pharmaceutical/medical devices, wood chippers, commercial ovens, exhaust fans, and air handlers. Mr. O’Brien’s commercial transportation experience includes representation of Fortune 500 companies, trucking companies, and medical transportation companies.
